Privacy policy
Template text for the Zürich edition — align it with the Swiss FADP (revDSG) and the GDPR before you publish.
1. Controller

2. What we collect
- Registration data: name, e-mail, company, role, country.
- Newsletter: e-mail address and the time of consent.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, referrer — server logs, deleted after 30 days.
3. Why
To issue and check your ticket, to run the event, to answer enquiries and — with your consent — to send you updates about TOKEN2049.
4. Processors
We use service providers for hosting, ticketing, e-mail delivery and payment. They process data on our behalf and under contract.
5. Retention
Registration data is kept for 12 months after the event, accounting records for 10 years as required by Swiss law.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data at any time: privacy@token2049.com.
7. Cookies
This build sets no tracking cookies. If you add analytics, add a consent banner first.
