Terms & conditions

1. Organiser
TOKEN2049 Zürich is organised by [Organiser AG], [Street, PLZ Zürich], Switzerland (hereinafter “the organiser”).
2. Tickets
Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Early-access passes are limited and allocated in the order of registration. The organiser may refuse entry without refund where a ticket was obtained improperly or resold.
3. Programme changes
The organiser may change the programme, speakers, or the daily schedule. A change of speakers does not entitle the holder to a refund.
4. Cancellation
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket prices are refunded. Further claims, in particular for travel or accommodation costs, are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
5. House rules
Instructions of the security staff must be followed. Photography and filming take place at the event and may be published; by entering the venue you consent to this use.
6. Liability
Liability for slight negligence is excluded. Personal belongings are brought at the owner’s risk.
7. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich.
